Clinical stress - adrenal fatigue

Stress is a disease that is now included in the World Health Organization's diagnostic system. If we deal with chronic stress - be it in connection with exercise (elite sports), an abusive behavior /eating disorder, a course of illness, a trauma, or prolonged stress after too much work and too little sleep, this is one of the first things to focus on to be treated before the body can return to normal. If we ignore the signs of burnout, it can cause infertility for her, sexual problems for him, hormone imbalance, depression, weight loss or weight gain, sleep problems and at worst we get addison's disease and have to receive medication for the rest of our lives, because our adrenal glands are burnt out all together.

We measure your hormones and stress levels throughout the day via saliva.

We use the saliva method for this, as expression of the active hormones in the saliva only, while a traditional blood test for hormones gives a misleading hormone picture of both the active as well as the inactive hormones without differentiating.

We work to restore hormone balance through adaptogenic herbs (hormone balancing).

We further investigate minerals and cellular health as well as amino acid balance and gastrointestinal health as they relate to stress and immune system and what else is considered relevant for your situation. The body can also be stressed by toxins - and then it is about biochemical stress and not external stressors. This must be dealt with separately through targeted detoxification.

We develop a biochemical program that can help your body return to normal, bite by bite.
