Inflammation

Inflammation is an inflammatory condition

Inflammation is an important part of the immune system's response to damage and infection. It is the body's way of signaling to the immune system to heal and repair damaged tissue as well as defend against foreigners, such as viruses and bacteria.

The question when aiming to treat inflammatory conditions properly is: what is the root cause of the inflammation in the body?

If we have inflammation linked to joint pain, this can be due to mycotoxins that create inflammation around the joints.

Therefore, in the long run, it doesn't help to focus fanatically on an "anti-inflammatory" diet, as this will only target the symptoms: the inflammation. Rather, the focus should be on unraveling the toxins and nutrient deficiencies that are contributing to creating inflammatory conditions in the body - and purposefully removing them as well as restoring optimal health.

For optimal results you always have to remove toxins before you begin to saturate your body with nutrients.

It is very simple really: You clean the house before you start painting it - if you paint on top of a pile of dirt, it rarely looks good. And the same goes with our body.
