Men have unique health needs

Did you know that as testosterone levels drop for men, the risk of a variety of maladies increases, including sexual disorders such as erectile dysfunction, enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, depression, belly fat / "man-breasts", etc.?

When we talk about men’s health, the focus is on optimizing men’s hormone profile, as testosterone levels are what make a man feel like a man.

Researchers have even put forward theories that antidepressants may be superfluous to many men, if they simply normalize their hormone profile - simply because low testosterone is associated with depression and energy depletion.

In addition, we are in a world overflowing with estrogen-like substances and xenoestrogens.

These substances are endocrine disruptors and further lower estrogen to testosterone ratio levels in men. Estrogen-like substances have been found to have an impact on men's mental health, prostate health, and contributing to the decreased sperm quality, which is an epidemic today due to the polluted world we live in.

But when we do not know what our problem is - what the body is burdened with and which things we may have unknowingly been exposed to through work, upbringing and residence, it becomes guesswork to do something specific.

We are left confused regarding what we need to address - is it the pesticides, plastics, mycotoxins or some poor diet that have caused nutrient deficiencies that cause our problems?

Did you know, that the amino acid l-arginine may have a crucial role in erectile dysfunction? And that red maca is scientifically proven to remedy enlarged prostate due to imbalance between estrogen and testosterone. Therefore, these things need to be tested. Once we have mapped these things out, it becomes simple to follow a targeted approach and then otherwise be able to relax and live on.

The idea is to get maximum impact for minimum effort.

And this is entirely possible when we follow a target-aimed approach.

It is reassuring to know that you should not worry about 117 things that can matter, but only about the things that have actually affected your body - and then remove them.

One can remove estrogen-like substances from the body and restore a healthy hormone profile, optimize mental and physical performance, and minimize the health problems that many men struggle with.

We want to function at our best in all areas - and once we have identified what is blocking the body from functioning optimally, we can focus on it so that it makes sense.
