Metabolism + weight + thyroid
Did you know that a lack of iodine is linked to metabolic problems?
It is estimated that iodine deficiency affects about 90% of us here in the western world. Other factors that affect metabolism and weight are viruses, heavy metals as well as mycotoxins and nutrient deficiencies such as especially omega-3, tyrosine, selenium, zinc and yes - iodine.
If you have metabolic problems, the solution is not synthetic hormones - it is a patch solution with many side effects.
We must find the reason why our metabolism does not work properly. What needs to be examined will depend on our lifestyle and health history, but we will always focus on the nutrients as well as toxins that affect thyroid function and allow typically Epstein-Barr virus to adversely affect the thyroid gland.
