Did you know that mycotoxins are linked to migraine?

Migraines are exacerbated by endocrine disruptors - which is why many women experience a worsening of symptoms that overlap with natural hormone fluctuations during the month. The problem here, however, is that the liver does not function optimally, the body will not convert the hormones properly, thereby disrupting the body's natural hormone rhythm and migraines often become a monthly phenomenon.

Mycotoxins are linked to migraine as they affect the liver and decrease its capacity to detoxify as well as metabolize hormones properly. In addition, mycotoxins affect in the sinuses and are linked to inflammation in the head - thereby triggering migraines.

I personally have suffered from migraines in connection with mycotoxin poisoning and this was only resolved when I discovered the association between mycotoxins and migraine symptoms myself.
