Depression + Mental health

What biochemical aspects influence our mental health?

Depression and mental disorders can be linked to neurotransmitter imbalances as well as neurotoxic substances.

Heavy metals in particular can affect one's mental state.

Heavy metals have been linked to schizophrenia, paranoia, mania, aggression and depression.

Likewise, mycotoxins are linked to brain fog, depression and impaired cognition. Only when these substances are identified and removed can the nutritional deficiencies that may be involved in one's diagnosis be established.

When the brain biochemically works optimally, you will get much more out of therapy, as therapy without biochemical normalization will be like fighting against your biology.
