Chemicals + Pesticides
did you know that pesticides have been linked to everything from cancer to fertility issues and low sperm quality?
If you grew up close to golf areas, fields and agriculture you are at risk of being pesticide and chemical poisoned.
Pesticides and chemicals are involved in synergies with heavy metals such as cadmium, which is why this mixture is particularly problematic.
Pesticides are linked to decreased sperm quality in men, various allergies and skin disorders as well as cancer.
The chemicals we find in traditional men's work such as firemen, mechanics etc. is linked to autoimmune disorders and cancer. To prevent and treat these diseases, toxin loading must be investigated.
To eliminate toxins from the body, depending on what are realistic, sweat-promoting activities such as exercise and use of saunas are recommended, especially infrared sauna treatment to remove many chemicals through sweat.
Infrared sauna is better than conventional sauna because it reaches deeper into the body, increases circulation in the blood vessels and causes the body to release many of the chemicals stored in body fat.
There are two supplements that are particularly helpful in helping the body detoxify. The first is glutathione, or its precursor N-acetylcysteine. Glutathione is one of the most common molecules used by the body to eliminate toxic chemicals. If you are constantly exposed to toxic substances, your deposits of glutathione may become starved. The other medical supplement is vitamin B3 (niacin). Some may not tolerate the heat rush that occurs when taking niacin, but the heat rush is from the blood vessels that dilate, which is helpful in detoxification. Naturally, detoxification must always be adapted to the individual - both with regard to other biochemical imbalances as well as what is realistic for one's everyday life.
