4 steps to a better digestion

1. Activate Your Digestive Fire

Start every day or even meal with hot water w. lemon + ginger + natural sea salt in order to stimulate digestive enzymes and liver bile production.

2. No Cold Foods

Avoid constricting the blood flow to your digestion, favor warm and moist foods.

3. Meal Timing

Your body has a circadian rhythm that is finely tuned to regulate rest and digest capacity; eat to match that for effortless health!

4. Let Go Of Toxic Emotional Triggers

The fight or flight state of being shuts off our digestive capacity.
