Best sleeping position to detox your brain
The majority of the clients I see, who suffer from headaches/ migraine attacks, describe that their pain tend to start at the left side of the brain. And there is a good reason for that: the lymphatic system of the brain, which is meant to clear waste away from the brain - so-called glymphatic transport system - is situated at the left side of the brain! Furthermore, sleeping on your left side has shown to increase circulation and is often recommended for those with heart disease or high blood pressure. This position allows for better oxygenation of the entire body.
Remember you are only as healthy as your symptoms and/or lab work!
You can be asymptomatic and have “hidden disease” bad biomarkers - why testing is imperative if we want to prevent disease.
You can have symptoms and your blood labs come back within range - why you want to work with a qualified health practitioner who understand different ways of testing and their relevance for your symptoms to get answers to your suffering. Remember: blood work is THE LAST place imbalances show up.

When dealing with headaches and migraines, a key factor is to test for toxic waste that tends to accumulate over time in the brain.
Especially mycotoxins from mold exposure is known to be a major contributing factor. When our brain is full of toxic waste, the drainage pathways are often blocked and we become overly sensitive to “everyday” toxins like alcohol, histamines, sulfur etc.

Infrared sauna therapy is a standard part of most of the detoxification programs I make for the purpose of ridding the body of nasty stuff we find through lab testing, such as chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals and mycotoxins. If our cell membranes are damaged, we cannot absorb nutrients optimally nor can we detox properly. Many steps and individual assessments go into detoxing properly if it is to work. Most, if not all, chronic health issues today are tied to toxicity to some degree. Yes, virus, retrovirus, fungi, parasites and bacteria are almost always involved also. The problem with removing a sick organ as done with the all-too common practices of removing tonsils, thyroid, gallbladder etc. is that the body NEEDS these organs for a purpose. The solution is not to remove the damaged organs, but identify the cause of why these organs are burdened - if there are toxins in the body damaging an organ, they will continue to damage the body, regardless of moving the primary damaged organ. The problem is NEVER the organ, it is what is CAUSING disease in it. It is rather logical isn't it.
