A lot of blame has been placed on gluten, but the problem might not be gluten as much as damaged gut due to other factors, we rarely think about.. Living close to cell-tower increases cancer risk x 3
n a German study, doctors examined close to 1,000 patients to see if those who lived close to a cell-tower for 10 years had an increased risk of cancer. The social and age differences within the study group were insignificant. They found that the proportion of newly developed cancer cases was three times higher for those living within 400 meters (approx 1300feet) of a cell-tower compared to those living further away. In addition, they found that patients on average became ill with cancer 8 years earlier. To live more than 400 meters away from a cell-tower is particularly important. This is because computer simulation and measurements used in the study showed that the radiation at that distance or less (the "inner region") is 100 times greater than the emissions beyond this distance ("the outer region"). Another important observation from the research is that the first 5 years one lived near a cell-tower, the risk was no different than one living far away from one. However, after 6-10 years the cancer risk jumped threefold for those who lived less than 400 meters from a cell-tower. Even more worrying: the average age of diagnosis was much younger. The risk of breast, prostate, pancreatic, intestinal, melanoma, lung and blood cancer increases significantly.

When we want to improve our health, we oftentimes spend all our time focusing on one aspect of our health. And this aspect may not be the one which is causing the health imbalance. This is why “test don’t guess” becomes super important - we want to know our weaknesses and also what our body nutritionally needs (protein/fats/(carbs/vitamin/minerals etc.). If we don’t know the facts, then we might be missing the boat completely. It is super unscientific to guess what will make an impact on our health. Health is not simply “move more and eat more greens”. Everyone knows that, yet many of us who follow that basic recommendation, are not at all healthy. We struggle with abdominal fat, infertility issues, fragile bones, migraines, digestive upset whenever we are not eating bland diet foods and in worst case, we get cancer. Quite often that has nothing to do with eating glutenfree or skipping cake.

Study shows C60 induces up to 90% life span in rats
C60 has been on everybody’s radar for the past couple years - I am still waiting to see a bit more research on this before I’m head over heels, but a recent study on rats does look promising regarding its effect on reducing oxidative stress and enhancing life-span potential:

Is aspartame really harmless just cause it doesn't cause cancer?
Just because something doesn’t cause cancer, doesn’t mean it’s harmless - that should be pretty obvious for all and sundry. Yet that is often the argument these days people use to promote the use of artificial sweeteners like aspartame. I am no fan of anything that mimics calorie intake yet tricks the brain by not containing calories. This is the baseline of how we learned as babies to count our calories naturally: sweet taste = energy intake. How EMF from your smartphone is causing migraines - connecting the research.
Research has shown that one of the parameters linked to migraines involves stuff that affect the voltage gated calcium channels (VGCC) (1).
Extensive evidence has been published clearly showing that the EMF exposure we get from our smartphones, ipads, wifi etc. can act to produce excessive activity of the VGCCs in many cell types, suggesting that these may be direct targets of EMF exposure. (2)
Conclusion: turn off wifi when not using it and turn off data, wifi and bluetooth on your phone when not using it to minimize unnecessary exposure. Download your music, podcats etc. that you want to listen to - and listen to it with mentioned settings turned off to avoid frying your brain up slowly everytime you want to rap along to 50 cent or whatever.

The 6 Next Big Things in health...
Right now we have access to a host of testing that is able to give us insight into why we suffer from various chronic diseases. And that is of course really amazing. I am talking about testing stuff related to toxic load i.e. pesticides, chemicals, heavy metals, mycotoxins, bacteria imbalances, microbiome, genes and so forth. However, the question is always WHAT are we not testing for today (and thus largely going undetected, undiagnosed and untreated). Following are the parameters I foresee will play a big impact in the near future once wee begin to figure out ways to measure how a person is impacted by them. "We have no reason to believe 5G is safe" by Scientific American
“…more than 240 scientists who have published peer-reviewed research on the biologic and health effects of nonionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF) signed the International EMF Scientist Appeal, which calls for stronger exposure limits. Italian study links cellphone radiation to heart and brain tumours
Last year, in spite of the mounting evidence (The BioInitiative Report being one along with the massive federal study conducted over two and a half years by the National Toxicology Program (NTP), I was ridiculed by a Danish doctor for stating that EMF is linked to negative health effects including increased risk of brain tumours. I am a firm believer that when in doubt “The Precautionary Principle” should always be the guiding principle. If we are at all to learn from history, we have seen with both tobacco and asbestos that it took decades and millions of bodies before intervention was finally done. I will never understand why, when we have thousands of studies proving how bad it is for animals, that we fail to apply some cautionary sense to how these things might bare negative impact on humans as well, it seems only logical to be cautious in the interim. Now an unprecedented legal ruling links tumour to mobile phone usage. The court said the research was independent and “unlike some others, was not co-financed by the same companies that produce mobile telephones”. Mercury fillings are the biggest contributor of mercury toxicity
New research shows promise for detoxing mercury
Mercury is still one of the heavy metals that takes a long time to detoxify with the remedies we know today - that is, if we want to do it safely and not risk redistributing it around our body and brain. Redistribution is a major concern with some of the methods widely used today i.e. DMPS and DMSA along with taking chlorella alone (must always be taken with another thiol-containing substance such as cilantro, as it is not stable for detox purposes taken alone). Important to be aware that approx. 30% of people can't tolerate chlorella very well, which might be due to optimized function of the enzyme cellulase. If you are unable to tolerate chlorella, one might consider adding an enzyme with cellulase in it to help digest the chlorella. Recently more and more studies with chitosan, however, seem to show that this substance may be more effective for mercury. BPC 157 peptide to combat chronic pain and brain injury
Opioid (painkiller) addiction is one of the greatest epidemics of our time, and luckily America is taking action on this debilitating situation politically, which has been a long time in the making. Did you know that after long-term taking pain-killers in the form of opioids you completely blunt you body’s NAD level? NAD is essential to protect tissues, induce DNA repair, and increase life span. NAD therapy has been seen to greatly reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and opioids. Now what is super interesting here is that the peptide BPC 157 has been shown to be able to regenerate damaged nerves in areas linked to pain i.e. combating chronic back pain for good.
